      Applications for abstracts must comply with the following rules:

      1. Abstract Format:
      a. The abstract title should be limited to 15 words (the title is not included in the overall abstract word count).
      b. The maximum number of words permitted in an abstract is 300 words,
      c. The abstract text has to be prepared and submitted in English.

      2. Submission Format:
      a. Abstracts must be submitted via the abstract submission platform.
      b. Acceptance of abstracts will be based on the evaluation by the international Scientific Commission. The decision on the session format will be confirmed by the Organizing Committee that will design the programme according to the type of submitted abstracts.
      c. The submitting author will receive a notification of their paper to the email indicated in the contact details in the submission form.
      d. Presenters of accepted papers will be required to complete and pay their registration in order to guarantee the inclusion of the abstract/presentation in the conference programme and abstract book.

      3.
      The CHAM Conference Organizing Committee intends to coordinate a publication.
