Data Protection and Image Use Authorization – Consent Statement

The personal data provided when filling out this registration form is intended exclusively for use by APREN – Portuguese Renewable Energy Association – for the purpose of managing event registration, as well as for potentially disseminating information related to this and future events organized by APREN.
APREN guarantees that the data collected will not, under any circumstances, be shared with third parties, except when necessary for the proper execution of the event and with full assurance of confidentiality.
During the event, photographs may be taken and audio and video recordings made, which may include the participants’ image and/or voice. This material will be carefully selected by APREN's designated staff and may be used for communication and promotional purposes related to this and future events, specifically through APREN's institutional channels (website, social media, newsletters, among others).
By submitting this form, the participant authorizes:
• The capturing and use of their image and voice within the context of the event;
• The use of such images and recordings by APREN for the promotion and communication of the event they are participating in and future initiatives of the association;
• That their name, company, and email address may be included in the conference participant list and shared with APREN’s partners, strictly for purposes related to the event.
At any time, the participant may exercise their rights to access, rectify, or delete their data, in accordance with applicable legislation, by contacting APREN through its official communication channels.
