Conference registration fees include:
Admission to all Conference sessions & Exhibition;
Official Attendance certificate;
Coffee breaks and some lunches according to the scheduled programme;

A 10% discount is available when purchasing 3 or more registrations. To take advantage of this offer, please contact first the secretariat via email.

‍Registration Cancellation Conditions
Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
- Receipt of written cancellation until 13 September (inclusive): 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
- Receipt of written cancellation after 13 September: No refund of registration fee will be granted.

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference secretariat via e-mail: walk21portugal@leading.pt.

Please note that the accuracy of the information provided in this category will be verified, and in the event of non-compliance, the registration will be rejected.
