    • Registration fee includes:

      Full Delegate (SSIEM Members, SSIEM Member Dietitians/Nurses, SSIEM Member students & residents-in-training, Non-Members, Non-Members Dietitians/Nurses and Non-Member students & residents-in-training):

      • Admission to all oral and poster sessions and exhibition area
      • Scientific programme and Symposium bag
      • Access to the online abstract book
      • Coffee, tea and lunch during Symposium breaks
      • Welcome Reception
      • Networking Evening and Social Programme are to be paid for extra.

      Single day ticket:
      • Admission to all oral and poster sessions and exhibition area

      • Coffee, tea and lunch during Symposium breaks of the day of the ticket

       Important Notes

      Students / Physicians during residency time – You will need to upload a letter from the Head of Department or a senior authority of your institution (on an official letter-headed paper) confirming your student / Physicians during residency time status.
      Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
      Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
      Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.

      Payment Policy 
      Registration and the full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the Symposium events.
      Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type.
      An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until it is fully paid.
       
      Registration Cancellation Conditions
      Any bank charges incurred through the reimbursement of a cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
      Receipt of written cancellation until 04 July 2024: Ful lrefund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 50€
      Receipt of written cancellation until 05 August 2024: 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 50€
      Receipt of written cancellation after 06 August 2024: No refund of registration fee will be granted.

      Social Event Cancellations
      The event or single components (e.g. social programme) can only be carried out if a certain minimum number of participants is reached. If this is not the case Leading reserves the right to cancel the event or single components at short notice. In such a case the already paid fee will be reimbursed completely.
